This is our most popular package. A 12 month a year, 24/7 service, the All in One Service Package offers total peace of mind for holiday cottage owners.

Our All in One Package includes 12 months full property management service and a comprehensive range of additional services such as all your holiday let cleaning, laundry or linen hire, 24/7 visitors emergency service and much more. The price is determined by the size of your property and offers a substantial discount on our Pick & Mix prices.

The All in One price includes our 12 month management service package as well as all the services listed above.
In fact with this package, once we’ve taken your instructions, all you have to do is tell us when your property is let and we’ll do all the rest. And we’ll keep you informed throughout. With the All In One Service Package there’s nothing extra to pay except our one off registration fee of £100

You can tailor make the package with us to suit your specific needs and prices will be calculated based on the size of property, the letting period and the length of lets offered.
